Are you a worship leader, team member, or passionate worshiper longing to go deeper—not just musically, but spiritually?
We are excited to launch our online worship mentoring cohort designed for Lead Worshipers, Worship Vocalists, and Worship Musicians. The format will include a monthly online quipping Zoom, online community, interactive learning, and an opportunity for Q&A. We have designed this mentoring opportunity to take you deeper as a worshiper and higher as a leader who takes others into the presence of God.
Join us for 6-weeks of powerful mentoring designed to equip you to steward God's presence with clarity and confidence, unlock your voice, and strengthen your identity as a carrier of God’s presence.
Whether you're leading from a stage or worshiping in private, this cohort is designed for those who feel the pull toward deeper Spirit-led worship.

Who Should Come?
Worship leaders, musicians, vocalists, intercessors, creatives, and anyone who carries a heart for worship and wants to grow in spiritual depth and leadership.
Worship leaders & teams are not entertainers or cheerleaders, hype directors, or conductors of man’s agenda. They are designed to give God what belongs to Him alone, invite us into friendship with God Himself, steward atmospheres, and lead the Church into transformative encounters.

Roland Worton is a pastor & worship leader whose heart is to activate teams & individuals in realizing who they truly are, what they are designed to carry, and find their unique voice in worship. With years of experience mentoring worshipers and leaders, his heart is to see the Church released into the fullness of its sound and calling.
Roland was born in the United Kingdom, and for over three decades has served churches, ministries, and conferences, in cross-cultural and multi-generational settings as a pastor and worship leader. He the founders of Soundforgers, an organization committed to the release of creative Kingdom initiatives, and also pastors a growing community in Dallas, TX. He works extensively in the Middle East alongside the underground church to equip and build in the middle of ongoing revival in the region.
Roland has been married to his wife Shirin for 28 years, they have two grown sons and a daughter in law and enjoy traveling and spending quality time with trusted friends. Roland has a BSc in Music and M.A. in Theology and is the author of two books, ‘Emerging Worship’ and ‘The Surprising Power of Joy.’
